Import data from another database

Is their a chance to retrieve/import data from another database with different columns in table when compare to columns of our table. what we need is to do fill data what exactly the columns represent, and this has to happen automatically.

You could check out the database replication module from the AppStore.

To do this with an MS Access database it is easiest to export-to-XML from Access and define XML-import on the Mendix side. There are other solutions, but those are also depending on the actual set-up of the MS Access part.
