We are currently thinking to setup a course for 45+ aged developers to convert to the Mendix platform However, we are not sure if this is a good concept. I find it very hard to figure out what the current market is in demand for Mendix developers. Does anybody have some sort of info on this topic ? Any feedback is more than welcome.

And since I am being called at least two to three times a month for a job offer I think that the demand is picking up. And I here from some other Mendix developers the same.
