XML schema doesnt refresh in multideveloper project

We're working in a multi developer project with 3 employees. When I update a xml schema en reselect elements in the xml mapping, the other employees don't see my changes. I've saved everything and they refreshed the project, but still they don't see the new schema. Why is this happening? After importing the new xsd in Mendix, everyone should see the changes. Seems like Mendix doesn't detect the changed in a correct way. Now the other employees have to re-import the same xsd and reselect the elements, otherwise it doesn't work.
