Is it possible to multi-select values using a standard report parameter?

No, the standard report parameter does not allow for multiple selection.

Perhaps you could use widgets from the AppStore to implement your report. For example, using the checkbox selector widget you could implement multiple selection. However, you cannot connect these widgets to the standard Mendix report widgets, so you would also have to use custom reporting/charting widgets from the AppStore.
