Try to import email module v20; must open project but it is already open

I am trying to download my first app from the App store. It is the Email Module 2.0 into my version of Mendix 2.5.2.1. It says "Please open the project in which you want to import the app first". However, to my believe, I have already opened it. What do I do wrong?

You only have the modeler opened. You need to start a project where you want to add the email module to as well.
