Hi, The save and close buttons from a pop up form i use have now disappeared. The concept and domain model of this app is very basic. There is a user side to submit requests (through a role based homepage).. and then on the other side the administrator can edit these requests in the data grid that it goes into and also input requests themselves. On the administrator side the save and close buttons have gone missing. I suspect it’s the domain model which at the moment is extremely basic… but it has genuinely worked up until now and there are no errors. Any idea? I've checked security settings a few times now, i also tried a custom save button which also doesn't appear. Thanks!

if it's not a security issue, then perhaps the 'Show control bar' property of the dataview is set to No?

Assuming that other roles can see the buttons; Did you configure custom visibility on the button itself?
standard save & cancel buttons won't act on the security setting @ domain model level
