We are currently working in an environment that sometimes meats its max concurent users. However instead of stating that a maximum is reached, it states 'Invalid Login'. Is there any way to influence this error message and to inform the user that there currently is no spot available? Preferably we would be able to translate this message to a dutch message as well.

No, you can only influence the general message under system texts, but the real reason why users can't login is not communicated to the user (for security reasons).
