List of document template Tokens

Is there a list of the tokens that work in the document templates.I cannot seem to find it. The Tokens listed here don't work and seem to be for use in XPath, OQL and others Thanks Al

In document templates there are only tokens for page numbering, these can be added in static labels and can be found here
