The file manager button does not seem to work when you add some type of custom styling ( I guess). When I start a project from scratch, all goes well. When you import custom styling into the theme folder, the browse button seems to stop working. Does any one have any idea where I can look to solve this problem (No it is not security)

Any chance your custom styling is moving parts of the FileManager's elements around? I've seen a situation where a <div> element got positioned on top of a button, which renders the buttons useless.
