Is it possible for users with multiple roles (and therefore different access rights) in an application (e.g. the role 'Employee' and 'Accountmanager') to choose which role they want to log in with?

No, they will always get the combination all of the available roles /rights. Just curious, why would they need to choose? It sounds counter intuitive and not very user friendly to me.
