Mendix Support Portal Broken

I can't reply on a ticket submitted in the support portal. Here is a video to show you what happens: YouTube video Ticket #7837 should have been fixed in Version 2.5.4, but its not. I am still able to reproduce the bug. We are recording stats on a production system and that particular bug is causing some problems in 4 distinct aspects of the portal. Refer to this forum post for details.

If a ticket is released and not fixed, please set it to "not solved" instead of "closed". This will automatically re-submit the ticket so we can process it.

Make sure to attach a testproject to ensure we are trying to fix the same problem you are experiencing.

I've experienced the same issue yesterday. Also when trying to create a new message the list of employees is empty. So in essence I can only reply but not actually create a message myself
