The errors you have attached are what you would see with library problems, in this case it seems that your library is unable to find the classes/functions it needs for execution.
Did you confirm that you have added all libraries that Orika/Dozer depend on?
The libraries that you have added did you check if they are OSGi compatible? The Mendix Platform uses OSGi and especially more complicated libraries have trouble running unless they are specifically build to work with OSGi.
I'm unfamiliar with Orika or Dozer, but in your searches for this I would recommend focussing your search around using either library in an OSGi environment. Searches on OSGi lib issues have always helped me find the solutions for my library problems.
