I assume you want to do some string manipulation. You could try to use the replaceAll command. See the documentation here: https://world.mendix.com/display/refguide5/String+function+calls

If you want to just view some HTML text you could use one of the appstore widgets for that.

There is a java action in the Community Commons module from the App Store - HTMLToPlainText
