Importing reference set selector values with Excel

Currently I am using Excel importer modules in my project. I would like to import the values of a reference set selector. How can I do this? How do I put the values in the cell(s) in Excel?

To import values of a reference set, concatenate these values to each other, but separated by a semicolon (';') and place this string in a cell. The cell must contain one string, which contains the values separated by the semicolon.
