Db2 database is not able to connect using Database Replication Module

Hi, I am trying to connect to Db2 database using Database Replication App store Module. I have added the details like URL, Database Name, Credentials of the user. But, it's throwing me the below mentioned Error. "The Application requestor can't establish the connection. (Connection refused: connect)". First I thought that the user I am using is not having access to the Database, but that is not that case, I saw that user has access to the database. Please suggest, what could be the reason
