We are using the Audit Trail module. It appears that there are items that are missing. Usually we find that the first entry in the trail is a Creation-type entry. I have found an instance where it is missing. I only get modified events. Is it possible that entries like this do not get recorded and for what reason? Should I be looking at this differently?
