Best way might be to assign a startpage to the Administrator role itself, so you can create / assign new administrators and they will get the same admin page.

Otherwise you could use a microflow as Default Startpage. Just do a simple $CurrentUser/Name = "MxAdmin" check and redirect to the admin page I suppose?
