We sometimes want to give additional information about the requirements of input fields through mouse-over fields (to avoid screen clutter). That's is in dataviews, not in grids, and we want individual hints for each field. Any ideas?

The 'help text viewer' in the appstore should provide what you need.

I think the most adjacent solution is to implement the 'Help Text Viewer' here, which is downloadable in the Mendix Appstore.
