Database conversion from MSSQL to PostGreSQL or BuildIn

The customer is using a MSSQL database to store the data of the application. For development or testing it can be usefull to use the same data. Is there any method that actual works to convert the data from a MSSQL database to a PostGreSQL or Mendix BuildIn db ??

You can try to create a plain text dump or you can try using the database replicator module.
