Is it possible to make a row conditional on a reference selector. What i want is for when a user selects other as the reason for it being cancelled, a text box should then be shown where the reason can be typed in.

You can always go for an onchange microflow on the reference selector that changes a boolean on the original object which you can use for cond. vis.
