I don't have any experience, but if you can find a jdbc driver (.jar or .dll) it should be fairly easy to use this database. As long as you can use 'normal' sql queries.

You might even be able to add an additional implementation to the database replication module from the appstore. It should be possible to add a new database implementation in about 0,5 / 1 day (that's how long it took me last time).
