DeepLink 404 Not Found Error

I have moved my application from development on my PC to a Mendix hosted test environment. I have set up the deeplink link excatly like I did in development but when I try to execute the deep link I get the 404 Not Found Error nginx/1.0.5. The only forum question which sort of answers the question states that I need to set up the firewall on the server/ Obviosly in aMendix environment I have no control over firewalls. Thanks Allistair

So it's the mendix cloud environment? Then you need to proxy /link in your webserver to your application.
