Take a look at the image. When hover over a datapoint the date is wrong. It is correctly displayed in the x-axis but not in the hover. Is this a bug? Can I influance what is displayed in the hover?

Did you download the latest version? From the release notes:
Fixed bug where labels/ tooltips only showed the last X value (#9356)
