Where can I download the FormLoader widget?

Hello, I've seen references to the FormLoader widget, however I can't find it in the AppStore. Does it have a different name? Thanks!

The widget is now available in the appstore

According to this post https://forum.mendix.com/questions/2652/Maintaining-the-template-grid-layout-using-a-dataview-with-formloader (see comments) the widget should have been released somewhere in august 2011, but I think it still isn't.
