Hi, i would like to customize the mendix toolbar on my application. I just don't know where to start. Where is the script for the mendix toolbar located??

The layout is managed in the layout.css which is part of the theme. The theme is a zip file in your themes folder. Look for the rules with 'toolbar' in the name.
After changing values, zip this directory structure again into a zip file.
