Message on login to tell users that : maximum number of allowed users has been exceeded

Would it be possible to display on login a message which tells the user, that they can't login in because: "Caused by: com.mendix.core.CoreRuntimeException: Maximum number of allowed users was exceeded, this project allows 10 users. Contact your nearest Mendix provider if you would like more than this number of allowed users."
