Some problems when adding a review to the appstore

Normally if something strange happens I test it, but since this happens in the appstore I just only give my feedback. I was trying to give a review to an app. The first time I clicked on the button Add review in the overview tab the appstore reset itself. The second time though it worked. I think this is a reproducible error (it happened more than once). The next problem was that I got this error screen. I cancelled and tried again and this time it did work. So again, maybe it was just me. But may be other people have encountered the same experience.
