Install Mendix runtime in our own cloud: where to download the runtime?

Hi there! We are currently running on the mendix hosted environment. We'd like to move to our own cloud for our I-env, T-env and P-env. I expected that I could download the Linux-runtime/installation package from the supportal. Per release I see a button to download the modeler, the windows service and the linux distribution. The button "linux distribution" does not work: I get this message: "the linux distribution for this Mendix version could not be found" Where can I find the right installer-files to configure our linux-server for hosting our Mendix-application?
