Unable to start server. Reason: MissingMicroflowConstant

In my service console I'm getting the error: Unable to start server. Reason: MissingMicroflowConstant but all my App constants are filled in: What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes you need to close the service console after providing the constants and restart it. Then you will be sure that the constant is saved.
