Widget Empty Grid Label

Good day, The widget Empty Grid Label is only applicable for Template Grids and Data views. Any way to make this applicable to a normal Grid View? Thanks

The empty grid label is only applicable to template grids and data grids, and NOT to dataviews.

What you are probably doing wrong is inserting the widget ín the templategrid. You should add the widget BELOW the templategrid/ datagrid you want to check for emptiness. So in general, you add the widget inside a dataview, in a row under the datagrid/ templategrid.
