Datagrid keeps selection with No selection behavior

This problem occurs in Mendix 3.1.1 with browsers Firefox, Chrome and I.E. I've configured a Data grid with the following behavior: Selection mode: No selection; Default button trigger: Single click. The default button opens a pop up window. Now, when I click on one of the entries in the Data grid, the pop up window opens as expected. However, the Data grid keeps this entry selected (it's also visibly highlighted in the Data grid). This means that if I click another entry, two pop ups open and now both these entries are selected. There seems to be no way to deselect these entries. Is this a bug, or does the No selection behavior behave differently than I expect? Furthermore, is it possible to have a Data grid with Default button trigger Single click which does not keep the entry selected?
