Is it possible to make Windows/Forms be draggable of the screen?

If I open a huge Window/Form, I'm not able to drag it off screen and just keep a little of it on the screen. Or is there a way to make that possible? The problem with that is that it is more difficult to reach other Windows/Forms. You now first have to make the Window/Form smaller before you can drag it away. An option would be to enable a "minimize function" on a Window/Form...
