Publish webservice root file

I changed a XML mapping for a published webservice. Now I want to update the application server. Which files (actions/project.mdp/etc) do I need to update before running maintenance mode? Thanks!

The .mdp file contains the XML mapping information, so that file should be updated. Also, if your XML mapping uses microflows that use Java actions, those actions should be updated as well of course.
