Where is mx.cmd?

I keep reading about a script file called mx.cmd however I cannot find it anywhere under my project folder (or under Mendix install folder). Can someone assist?

This is something from Mendix version 2.4 and replaced by the many other ways to run a Mendix application (Also see my comment in your question at https://forum.mendix.com/questions/3489/Command-Line-execution-of-a-project)
