Changing soap address location when testing from localhost to my IP address

Hi There Im using my notebook to test a published web service. How can I change the soap location 'Localhost' "<soap:address location="http://localhost:8080/ws/Published_web_service_ForFlexCube/"/>" to the IP address of my notebook from the modeler. Thanks

By changing the application root url setting in your project settings.
