In the Modeler, if I select (click) an entity in my Domain Model and activate 'where used' via the context menu, looks like it will list a.o. the places where in a microflow there is a Create-activiy for that entity. But not the places where there is a Change-activity for that entity even when it has a commit. The results pane is set to the Show all option. Is this a feature? A bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

You mean 'Find usage'. Use
'Find microflow actions' from that same menu.
