Import-rule errors in Eclipse after downloading module from app-store

I received a project developed in 3.1.1 and converted it in place to 3.2.0. As the Java-sources and various refs/dependencies of the communitycommons are still missing I decided to import v2.2 (for version 3.0.0 and beyond) from the app store. For safety reasons I chose the option 'replace existing module' and pressed OK on list entiteled 'The following files in the project directory will be overwritten by those in the package'. After succesful deployment and refresh in Eclipse >90% of the files in <projectfolder>\javasource\communitycommons\actions turn out to have errors in the import rules. What went wrong?
