Where can I place Google adwords code in my app html

Our app requires users to register and login, once the user has registered they get sent an email with a hashed activation key, once clicked it routes via deeplink back to our app and activating their account with a 'Thank you for registering' page. Our app requires google adwords tracking code to measure our user coversions after user has registered and activated their account, where can i find the index/html page to place this code for this Thank you for registering page? My App runs in the Cloud.
