We are using some modules from the app store. After converting to 4 a number of warnings apear, a.o. about the 'Persitent new button of data grid ...'. Will updated versions of the app be published with these warnings solved?

That would depend entirely on the modules you're using, who developed them and if they are still maintaining them.
