Wrong theme being displayed for all projects

For some reason every project I run now seems to be displaying the same theme which is from the last project I demonstrated. The setting for each project indicates it is pointing to the correct theme but it displays something else. I thought maybe I accidentally changed the project but it seems to also be happening when I run other projects that I have not touched in quite some time. It seems to be happening with projects from older Mendix versions as well. Any ideas?

I have had this issue in the past also. I primarily use Chrome and have found that emptying the cache in Chrome typically solves this problem. Also, Chrome has a capability to run an incognito window, which is a fresh browser instance with the cache cleared out. Sometimes I'll use incognito windows to get around this problem.
