Which versions of Mendix support SQL Server 2012 databases ?

I think that each version of Mendix works correctly on SQL Server 2012. We don't use specific features of SQL Server 2012. However, we began to test it when it came out, so we support SQL Server 2012 from Mendix 3.3.0 and up.
