When a sprintr feedback is created no notification is sent to the projectmembers. Meaning that no one is notified that an user has a sent a problem/request. Is this normal / can this be changed?

AFAIK you can set the option to get a daily digest of all that has been happening in your projects. This includes feedback. I don't see any options to get notified directly when someone adds feedback.
