Mobile data view control bar - No more? Now where to place the SAVE and CANCEL buttons?

Just downloaded 4.1.1 as 4.1.0 was showing data view control bars in a mobile view in the modeler, but not in a running application. In 4.1.1 the control bar is gone completely. I guess that's intentional? What's the general idea on the SAVE and CANCEL actions? Where do people place buttons for those actions in a mobile form?

The mobile UI features a header that allows you to place one button each on the left and the right side. Mobile UIs commonly feature the 'Save' and 'Cancel' buttons in those positions.

Furthermore, you can place Save and Cancel buttons wherever you want on your mobile forms. You could add an extra table row to your data view and place the buttons there if you like.
