Is mendix 3.2.1 working with windows 7 , 32 - bit ? which programs i need to download to work on this version of mendix?

The installer should take care of this for you, but you'll need the .NET framework and a version of the Java runtime environment above 1.6 update 22. Also see https://world.mendix.com/display/refguide3/System+Requirements
