Hi, One of our clients is trying to setup the windows service in a Windows Server box in order to run their app. I've check the settings and all looks fine, very much what I have in my local machine. They are using their administrator details for the management settings, just like I use locally. The app runs perfectly well through modeler and the connection to the DB is also good. What could be missing here? There is no log in the log folder as nothing is really kicked off to log anything. The following error message is displayed: Logon Failure: Unknow username or bad password (1326) Any help, much appreciated. LR.

Seems like the user which is configured in the service console is not working on your deployment server. Are you sure this user is available on this machine?
