Meaning of error: Couldnt send my info to cp@beta.mendixcloud.net/Smack

I got this error in the productive environment. Does anyone knows what is means and when it occurs.

Hi Jacco,

The applications try to send some of their life-signs to the Cloud Portal (cp). When this fails for some reason (cp does not respond fast enough) you will see this error. Unless you see a lot of them this is safe to ignore.
