how to upgrade my application running in modeler 3.2 to modeler 4.3 my application running in Linux platform and using oracle db

You can convert the application using Modeler 4.3. Backup the project and then open it using the newer Modeler version.

Your Linux server only runs the application based on 'deployment archives' which are created by the modeler.

By the way, you need MS Windows to run the Modeler.
