New license after migrating from Mendix 3 to Mendix 4

I've noticed that I need to reactivate my license after converting my mendix app from 3 to 4. The ServerID has been changed, but I only used a differt app folder on the same server? Why does that change my ServerID? How long does it take to approve my key change request?
