Will launchpad also make centralized user management possible?

Launchpad should be "single point of entry for all enterprise apps". Will that also mean that it would be possible for IT-departments to manage the Mendix App Platform users (AKA "Any App User") from a single point? Organizations that runs multiple Mendix applications mostly manage there user decentralized per application. I think that IT can gain much more control if Mx 5 makes it possible to manage users from one place. From that single place IT can: overview all Any App Users manage password policy centralized authorize users for a (a selection of) applications manage user roles per Any App User and per application.
