Moving Database and associated files to a new server

Hi We hosting our own application on site. By nature the application has lots of client profiles which each have documentation attached to each profile that can then be downloaded. When i moved the application, its database and its stored files over to a new server the application cant find the files associated to the profiles within the app. We copied all the data files to the same directory as on the previous server and the database was backed up at the same time then moved. In the Mendix service console configuration we have pointed the file path to where the files were copied. Any guidance in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Daryn

There is no reason this shouldn't work, as long as you didn't do any migration in between all the copying. Perhaps you missed something or pointed at a folder too deep or high in the folder structure?
